During the days my boyfriend and I spent in Florence this summer it was incredibly hot. Sooo for us this was a perfect excuse to get at least three ice creams a day to cool down a bit - since the two of us are both extreme Italian ice cream addicts. Also our kind Airbnb host provided us with a list of good ice cream shops, and we simply couldn't resist trying them all out (will make a special recommendation post about them soon I promise). Because we wanted to see and explore as much of the city as we could in the few time we had I preferred wearing something light and airy. The blue dress I am wearing above was just perfect for the hot weather and I absolutely adore how the cold colour stands out in the yellow/orange coloured streets of Firenze.
