BERLIN PHOTO DIARY + RECOMMENDATIONS
Apr 23, 2013Guten Morgen! Wie geht es dir? Wie war dein Wochenende? Since speaking German has never been one of my strengths, I'll proceed in English now, which is better for everyone I guess! As some of you might remember I went on a delayed birthday trip with my boyfriend to Berlin about a month ago. Last weekend I finally got the opportunity to edit some of the photographs I took during this trip. Because of the sad weather we unfortunately didn't got the chance to photograph all of the famous architecture of the impressive city. We particularly used the Berlin wall as a location, which resulted in very cheerful and flamboyant photographs as you can see above. Anyway, I really enjoyed this little trip and I am definitely hoping to visit Berlin again somewhere in the future. The city is too big to explore in only three days, we have not even seen half! So, I guess that would be a really good excuse to come back haha? Tschüss! xxMy recommendations as regards the Berlin restaurants:Mar y Sol A typical Spanish tapas restaurant and bar, located in the middle of the vibrant city. The authentic atmosphere is perfect for a romantic date or just a cosy dinner with some of your closest friends. I am obsessed with their boquerones fritos (fried anchovies) and Calamares a la Romana.Mikoto The most delicious sushi I've ever had in my life. The prices are quite low for the amazing food, and I absolutely loved their extensive offer of cocktails. Definitely a good place to meet up with your friends, just to hang and drink a few cocktails before heading for the Berlin nightlife.

Amazing, I would really like to visit Berlin after learning about WWII and how the falling of the wall signified the collapse of Communism yada yada yada...haha I thought it was really interesting! And the sushi place looks so good!
