Photos by my little sisters & me

My last weeks in Prague are a fact: in less than two weeks I will already be back home again. The past few months seem so unreal and feel like such a dream as they flew by so quickly. In my last Prague diary, which was in the beginning of April, I told you guys that my friends and I would be heading for Berlin and Malta soon. If I had to describe our Berliner trip in one word it would be sushi. During our two nights spent in the city we decided to just do whatever we felt like to and ended up eating sushi on both evenings. During our last night we also visited a cool underground techno/deephouse nightclub called Tresor - and woke up at 6am the morning after to head for the airport and catch our flight to Malta. Malta has been such a blast and escape from reality; next to the fact that it was great to see our sweet friend again the weather was really really nice during our stay. So again we ate a lot of (un)healthy food, lay down on the beach for a while (till we got bored) to get a bit of a tan (on which I absolutely failed) and did a lot of sightseeing all over the island. On our arrival back in Prague it was like we came home in a place which somewhat felt like a freezer - the temperatures were so incredibly cold in comparison to Malta! However, after one week of being back home in my temporary hometown there were already new exciting things coming up in my exchange schedule: the visit of a good friend, a weekend spent in Berlin with my boyfriend and last but not least at the beginning of May my family came over to Prague to visit me. Although I've had an amazing time so far, unfortunately now the time has arrived in which I have to study and write assignments for two and a half weeks in a row. Which isn't so bad if you consider that my past few months seemed more like a big holiday than a hard-working university exchange (not that I mind at all). Anyway, two weeks of hard work left and the summer holidays are around the corner, starting with: my travel back home at the end of May. Must say that I'm kinda looking forward to this moment while I'm currently drowning in my study staples. Although I already passed two courses there are still three left to go, so wish me luck and I hope you enjoy the above photo diary I made with the goal of giving you a bit of an impression of how my last weeks in Prague looked like! Love, Anne
