SOAKING IN SECOND IMPRESSIONS

When travelling I'm always trying to look a bit further than the usual tourist stuff. Actually seeing the underlying beauty of the current residence, makes you appreciate your journey even more. For example: the other day I was walking through a small alley in Marmaris, when I discovered this gorgeous wall filled with pink flowers. I guess lots of people should have walked straight on, searching for the bigger sightseeing spots - without even noticing the beauty they are surrounded by - , while I took the occasion to stop for a minute or so to take a few pictures - which resulted in photo number two.

It's just all about appreciating the details instead of looking to the full picture if you ask me.. Soaking in the beauty of Turkey made me feel even more happy and grateful! I hope these photos will give you a great second impression about the way I experienced Marmaris, enjoy!

    Ik ben in 2010 ook in Marmaris geweest, super vakantie gehad daar!

    My daughter lived in Amsterdam for three years and I had a wonderful time when I came to visit her , can't forget me biking across the small roads , drinking beer in the nice bars , shopping in the 9 streets.....
