These photos are taken during one of our daily strolls through the old town, at the back of the immense Barcelona Cathedral. We had spent the whole afternoon on the beach so that's why my face is shimmering like a pearl. What I really loved about the old city centre was La Boqueria market: a place of countless amounts of fresh fruits, smoothies, sweets and so on (which costs almost nothing). Actually food heaven would be a appropriate denomination for this amazing market - why don't we have such a thing in the Netherlands? I would make sure to be a customer daily. One of my favourite smoothie flavours (and I tried a lot of different ones) was mango/kiwi - you should definitely give this one a try when visiting La Boqueria, which is definitely worth it.
