After spending a week in Barcelona first, Valencia appeared to me like the little brother of this immense city. After a few days we discovered Valencia actually had a lot of different sights to offer. For example, the other day my friends and I walked over to La Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias (the city of Arts and Sciences) where we were almost blown away by its impressiveness. Like you can see on the first, fifth, and last picture the buildings are quite futuristic and it's like you're in the middle of a science fiction movie when exploring the area. The palm tree area surrounded by white arches was one of my favourite corners. At night time this place transforms into a real nightclub called Umbracle - seriously how cool is that? Unfortunately I didn't have the chance to visit the club because we discovered its existence way too late. Next time (if there will be) I'll make sure to pay a visit.
