A while ago my youngest sis and I had the pleasure to spent the weekend at the beautiful Pillows Grand Hotel Ter Borch in Zwolle. On our arrival we were welcomed in the cosy 'living room' of the hotel. During the check in the staff offered us some fresh mint tea and cappuccino  - which was so welcome since it was literally freezing outside at that time. As soon as we finished our drinks we were accompanied to our room, and the kind staff even gave us some recommendations about places to visit and where to have lunch in Zwolle.

In the evening we had dinner at Coperto Restobar, which is the hotel restaurant. The ambiance and service were both really good, and the food and wines were delicious. My little sis and I both had a four course meal, including some of the best seafood and a very yummy dessert: cheesecake with marinated pineapple, caramel biscuit and cinnamon - so good! Besides the great taste each and every course also looked like a piece of art, which made our dinner even more interesting and amusing. So make sure to stop by for dinner at Coperto when in Zwolle, because you don't want to miss this!

Our food experience at Pillows Zwolle became even better when we arrived at the breakfast the next morning after a good night of sleep in our atmospheric hotel room. While relaxing at our table the staff provided us with fresh fruits, granola, yoghurt, croissants, eggs, fresh orange juice and so on. Because everything was so good we simply couldn't stop eating, so afterwards our bellies almost exploded. But it was all worth it. Thanks for taking such good care of us again Pillows!

Love, Anne
