La Copa Avenida Rodrigues de Freitas 366
La Copa serves by far the most delicious ice cream in Porto, and although the shop is located a bit outside the old town it is truly worth a visit. Huge scoops, crunchy cones, a big amount of tasty flavours.. What does one need more? Also you should really try their cheesecake ice cream - it's the best!

Tapas na Boca Rua Candido dos Reis 117
Delicious and great quality tapas, atmospheric ambiance and friendly service perfectly describe Tapas na Boca. This tapas restaurant located just outside the old town is the ideal place for a romantic date with your lover including some gooood red wine or Sangria.

O Cara├žas Rua das Tapais 27
Local restaurant in the old town of Porto, run by a friendly Portugese family. When we entered the restaurant the grandmother of the family immediately invited us into her kitchen to show us the choice of that particular evening: meat or fish. My boyfriend and I both went for fish and it was delicious (lots of veggies included).

Katsu Sushi Bar Rua do Comercio do Porto 197
Normally I never go for sushi when heading out for dinner in the southern part of Europe, but this time we decided to give Katsu Sushi Bar a try. We ordered a surprise sushi platter and were impressed and overwhelmed by the fantastic quality and unexpected variety of flavours of the sushi prepared by a super friendly woman. Think for example of sushi rolls filled with truffles, raspberries and different kinds of fish and vegetables - yum!

Paladar Rua das Flores 51
This place is run by a super friendly Cuban guy. It was really interesting to hear his travel and life adventures (he likes to have interaction with his guests) and he generously offered us some Port and bites from the house. Paladar is the perfect place for an afternoon drink and tasty ham/cheese platter. Make sure to try his Mojito's because Cubans are killing it at this point.
